I have a young Airedale who is very high energy and the dog care givers here are remarkable. I watched on camera last week that as her energy was escalating and she was getting pretty rambunctious, the girl in the room, rather than crate her, put her on a leash and walked her around the perimeter of the room. I was so pleased to see this, because other dogs are her biggest distraction issue, and rather than put her into a crate she kept her walking and figuring out how to deal with the excitement of the other dogs activity. They go the extra mile

I love the staff at Dogtopia - they are so nice, attentive, and caring. They always have an open line of communication with me, and will even reach out if Avery (my pup) is not feeling well to check on her. I love that I can check in on Avery via the cameras at any time, and that she gets constructive and safe playtime with other dogs. I would recommend Dogtopia Madison West to anyone who is looking for a dog daycare service!

The staff area all great and really know (and love) my dog.

I like the way everyone knows my dog's name. It makes it easier to drop him off knowing people who care about dogs will be with him during his stay. Also, the people answering the phones are always helpful and cheerful. I have never called and had someone be rude or short during the calls I make (sometimes with last minute requests). Great professionalism and front-facing attitudes is one reason I never to hesitate to mention where my doggie spends his play time.

The Dogtopia team is friendly and really cares about my dog Willie. He loves to go to daycare and we feel 100% comfortable boarding him at Dogtopia. The webcams are nice when I want a minute to de-stress at work when Willie is at daycare, too! I love all the extras that they provide and that they have various fundraisers for charities. I couldn’t be happier with them!

I’ve always been extremely impressed and pleased with the staff, their courteous ways, their friendliness, and their clear appreciation and enjoyment of my dog.

I only deducted one point for some issues with consistency in terms of how birthday parties are supposed to work. I’ve been told that it’s for any dog (rather than just those with a birthday that month), and oddly enough got birthday pics and a bandana the first time he went despite it not being his birthday, then was almost charged for an early drop off after being told the day before that it was OK to bring him at nine. It seems staff aren’t always completely consistent in terms of understanding these rules and expectations.

Dogtopia takes care of my pup like they are members of our family! The level of communication is amazing and watching a tired puppy sleeping soundly after each visit just warms me heart!

Our dog LOVES Dogtopia. He literally tries to jump out of the window every time we pull up for drop-off. When he comes home, he is always exhausted and very happy. He has had some behavioral issues while there, but the Dogtopia team has been really great at developing a training plan that works for him. Through the process we have also learned ways to train him at home so that he listens better at day care. He is a very well socialized dog and we never have to worry how he will interact with other dogs when we go places like the dog park...we owe a lot of that to the folks at Dogtopia!
