The staff is great. They show caring for my dog. The facility is clean. I know they are interested in the health of my dog and enjoy the feedback about her visit.
I like the fact that everyone seems to know my dog's name. It indicates at least an attentive interest in doing the job. Sometimes the attendants pet my dog when getting them in/out of the vehicle showing pet awareness and knowledge. My dog jumps out of the vehicle when he gets there. He likes to go visit his pals.
Well organized 'educational' programming/schedule, bright and cheerful environment, super approachable and friendly staff, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. But my top favorite is the cameras and my ability to see my puppy from home or work - anytime! LOVE it!!
The staff was very helpful. This was a first doggy daycare experience for my dog in a long time and she's a bit anxious. The staff took their time to explain what to expect and made me feel comfortable leaving her in their care. At the end of the day, they told me all about her day.
