What do you like about our services?

I like Zumba a lot. I also tried Body Combat for the first time last night and although it was VERY hard, I enjoyed the workout and the energy.I also like that there is a women's gym downstairs. I feel very comfortable there and also choose to work out there if I'm not taking a class. I also like the design of the new showers and the products (shampoo, lotion, etc) supplied. The new renovations look nice as well.

What do you like about our services?

i like the classes. i like that the gym is not crowded. i love the steam room (my only complaint is that is has been often turned off (outside of the maintenance window) without any notice)

I work in the building, so you are convenient. You have what it takes to stay fit and you have a variety of courts for ball sports, which keeps things fun!
