I think that CAC is a great gym for working professionals in the area. I find the CAC team to be friendly, and the machines and equipment are reliable. My only constructive feedback would be that somehow opening up the stretching areas and maybe adding another area for TRX bands would be helpful. I also do wish this location was open on weekends - 215 First St. is a lovely location, but far enough away that it's a bit of a drag in the winter.

The team works hard to make sure the facility stays clean, which is much appreciated. The location is good for me. Usually plenty of equipment when I am there, but sometimes it gets crowded.
Josh is a mediocre basketball player, and it's a good morale boost to defeat him during pickup.

The friendly and warm ambiance and the fact that none will make fun of a weak person. You feel always welcome irrespective of your performance.

Would love an rpm spin class on Sunday morning though. I find the evening rpm mostly opposite my other favorite classes and have discussed with other club members a need for spin on Sunday before grit 😀

The front desk is friendly, music is nice and not too intrusive, and the instructors of classes are friendly. Locker rooms are generally well maintained, and there are always fresh towels. The gym seems well maintained as well- happy they resurfaced the floor in the classroom. Still wish there were more efficient hairdryers.
