Validated parking is great! The towel service is great and the classes and instructors are wonderful. I work in Cambridge but a bit far to walk so I pop over after work, park in the validated parking and then head home after the traffic. Cleanliness used to be a 10 - now it's an 8. Not sure if something has changed with the cleaning staff or frequency but it was a bit better. The facility is still clean.

Clean gym and locker room. New equipment. Good mix of free weights, machines, cardio.
The staff are always friendly, I've never had to wait for any equipment, the variety of equipment is great, and the place is always clean which is huge for me.
I visited CAC Tech Sq when First Street was closed. It was a nice club -- was more visually appealing as well in terms of color scheme and locker room.
No BS membership policies. Just a simple month to month policy like it should be.
The people are very friendly and I loved the steam room.

Friendly staff and larger space for bodypump class. I have a membership at tech square and went to a first street class because they were fixing the floors at tech square. It would be nice if there were more options to take classes at first street because there is more space/options for classes. Thank you!
