The gym's location is very convenient for me. The class times are perfect for after work. The amenities such as locker size, showers, bathrooms, etc are clean and spacious.

It would be great to get some more bumper plates, there is only one set of 10's on the floor and a lot of the rest are cracking. It seems like more people are working out with barbels these days so demand for plates is high. No more than 2 people can do dead lifts or Oly's at the same time and that's with a mish-mash of stacking
Other than that, love the environment, people and staff. Great job.

convenient location
I love the classes that are included in the membership and the facilities are generally clean. (Although there's been a shower busted in the men's locker room for like 3 weeks) The trainers are all really great during the classes but I've never tried one on one...a little too pricey for my tastes but I don't think I really need one on one.I haven't looked around, those prices are probably competitive.
Spacious, good machines, not crowded, friendly staff, wide variety of classes, machines, and workout rooms. The TV's are tough to control, aren't many channels. Otherwise, it's great.
Really convenient location if working in Kendall Sq. Very friendly staff and great equipment. Even in peak hours can always find a machine and the staff is always nice and happy to help.

The cleanliness of the facility and the attentive staff are what stands out. There's a good amount of equipment, but maybe more bumper-plates and an additional squat rack/barbells? A water cooler in the upper deck running area would be nice (maybe I just haven't noticed it?).
The facility on Main street has dated equipment. One of the cables on the pull down/stack machine is broken. The men's locker room smells...I don't think it constitutes an additional $10 a month when the main gym is five minutes away.
I appreciate the size of the facility and diversity of options.
Have squash courts (could be improved to standard size though)
