I love the group fitness classes
Great instructors! Not too crowded so you are always able to get into the classes or use the equipment. One bit of feedback I would give is that the mats for general use in the basement classroom are really in need of replacing. They're very dirty and worn. Most times I bring my own mat because I don't want to use them but it would be nice not to have to do that.
location and yoga classes
I just referred someone to you this morning. We rode the elevator together and she saw my yoga mat. She asked me where I went and I sent her the link to your page and link to the fitness class schedule. She said she will check you out on Monday on her lunch hour.

friendly staff and fun group classes
Last time you sent this, I complained about the bad squat racks and the repetitive pop music. Since then, you've replaced the squat racks, and the music has substantially more variety.
Well maintained space, equipment and friendly staff.
Excellent group exercise instructors and a great selection of classes. The depth of the group exercise team was revealed in August -- even with alternate or new instructors while people were on vacation we always had a good workout.
Also, thank you for servicing the bikes!
