KSCF coaches Jared, Eric and Emily are the best. Knowledgeable, patient and fun. Danielle at the front desk is awesome. It's great to see a smile and a personal welcome when coming in. Have recommended CAC & especially KSCF to friends and family.

Friendly service, lots of machines and most importantly for me is a large variety of classes with great instructors.

What do you like about our services?

CAC has great equipment, and lots of rooms and spaces to workout if not using equipment.
I love having shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions and towels for post-workout.
The classes are AWESOME!

What do you like about our services?

I like the variety of workouts offered, the knowledgeable staff, the friendly reception desk. I feel challenged and empowered after each workout. I'm getting stronger and building endurance; breaking through fears and personal barriers.
