I like the gym size and the options available to everyone.

The facility is clean, generally well-equipped, and seldom crowded. The staff are generally pleasant; shoutout to whomever works the front desk at ~4--she's delightful. Occasionally there only appears to be 1 set of 15 or 20 lb. dumbbells, which can be insufficient; I think maybe those CrossFit hooligans are stealing them ;)

Group fitness classes are my favorite. I love them so much that I let them wreak havoc on my programming. And I don't think that's necessarily detrimental.
Employees are pleasant and friendly.

I love this gym! Best one I have been to in Cambridge. My only critique is that the WiFi does not reach the first floor far side of the gym so I lose my signal sometimes and it is frustrating.

Front desk staff is friendly, the sauna and steam room are great. Trainers seem very friendly. Equipment works. Keep it up!
