Super friendly staff, I love the new weight room area, Les Mills classes are the best, great group fitness instructors
It's great gym that has all of the equipment and services I look for in a gym. It's convenient to any place of employment in Kendall Square and with an employer-subsidized membership, it's much more affordable than other gyms. It's also fairly uncrowded (even during peak hours), which is rare for gyms in the Greater Boston Area.

Everything is very clean and setup in an organized way. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The space is unexpectedly big. There is no stagnant sweat in the air.

I've been attending your noon classes and the instructors and people are fantastic! So friendly and motivating! I chose this club because of the Les Mills classes, especially Body Combat, and couldn't be happier that I did!
