So far, I've been very impressed! I've taken a couple of group workout classes that were great and I am excited for my complimentary nutritionist session and fitness evaluation. The gym facility is small, but makes good use of the space there is.

My personal trainer, Ms. Gina Petrie is very knowledgeable, highly professional, always punctual, and an outstanding trainer focusing on the individual needs of clients. Her competency and skills are extraordinary. She creates an excellent training environment for me and pushes me to test my limits without creating any physical or mental stress. I always look forward to working with her and training.

CAC provides everything needed for a great workout. The equipment is new and is nicely cared for, things are clean and organized, and all of the staff is friendly. The price isn't extreme either so it is definitely a gym I would recommend to others.
The equipment at the gym is well maintained and there are many options for cardio and weightlifting equipment. The variety of workout equipment continues to grow which is great. The staff is very friendly, which I appreciate. There are also a lot of additional amenities to the gym.
