Nice space, nice facilities, good teachers. I wish there were more beginner options but there enough classes I can do so this is minor feedback.
Comfortable and nice atmosphere
I like that the Yoga teachers are full of energy and funny. The 2 classes I have been to have been great. It not like other places I have tired out, the energy and environment is uplifting the staff are great for helping when you are new to the classes as are unsure of how to do the yoga positions. Its been a over all great experience. I enjoy the variety of the classes and that they are not all Hot Yoga. I much prefer warm yoga classes. The timing of these classes are great for people that work 8-5.
