Clean, friendly, inviting, welcoming & overall good energy. Bright. Jen Poholka is The best! And that instructor who focused most of a class on the gluts, can't remember her name but she was great too.
I miss Cole though. He is a great instructor as well.

Good variety of classes

Love the studio as it is spacious, clean, and bright. Yoga studio was inviting. Yoga teacher Katherine Kunst knowledgeable and made you feel very welcome. Will definitely be back and take her class again and will try others classes and times as well.

The studio is clean and relaxing. The staff are more than helpful. The studio is immediately a safe place for mindful practice with skilled instructors. There are also many amenities for the use of participants there to participate in a healthy lifestyle of mindful practice.

I thought the class was excellent. I went to Taylor Evans' class. She was subbing for Michelle. It was a class for hips and it really helped me. Taylor is an awesome instructor, very knowledgeable and very calming. She's a real gem.
I liked the lighting in the room and the extra touches like the yoga mat cleaning station too. Overall, a great experience.
