The studios are clean and don't smell. The rules about conduct are enforced by the staff so everyone can enjoy their practice. The teachers are all different but I haven't taken a class I didn't enjoy. I like the variety, even within the same class type. I recommend the studio all the time.

It’s close to where our daughter swims. The staff are excellent at their jobs. The rooms aren’t to hot for my liking and workouts have a wide range of variety.

Lots of great teachers and I like the variety in classes, like every week it's a new mix of poses. I also like that teachers teach poses that can help target problem areas for most people, I even finding improvement s in my hips since I started going to Yogalife, more than I was getting in physio.
I also like the Hatha flow + Nidra classes, I think the combination of active and restorative is great.
How early your classes begin in the mornings as I’m still able to go even if I have plans with my family & how different each instructor Is variety is everything :-)

Neil was an incredibly intuitive instructor. Also love the friendly nature of the staff I dealt with at my visit. I injured myself while practice at your studio, but there was NO PROBLEM saving my membership until I have recovered. Excellent customer service in my books! The men’s change room is a little hecticly small when it’s busy, and is a little uncomfortable, but there isn’t really a lot you can do about that. Haha
