The staff is friendly, I like the size the change room and availability of lockers. I also like that it is close to my house. Pricing is better than Moksha on Southside.

What do you like about our services?

Clean studio and change rooms with great shower facilities. Instructors lead creative and amazing classes. I like that room temp classes are offered (I'm not a fan of warm or hot yoga). Free tea is a bonus!

I like the different levels of yoga indicated by the Asterix and how you can bounce in each class. And there's extra classes to our available when they are running.
