The instructors, the free lockers, the amenities (soap, hair elastics, face wipes, towels, lotion), the front desk staff at the NORTH location are pretty nice

What do you like about our services?

I liked the Run, Repair, Restore clinic because it is a niche for runners yet it is all-encompassing which many classes lack.
I liked that it talked about everything from warm-ups, technique, nutrition, books, injury prevention, self-treatment, to of course yoga and stretching. Kind of an all-in-one course for how to be a runner long-term.
One thing I was missing was that the instructor mentioned there would be an email sent out after the class recapping all of the physio moves, yoga moves, and information taught in the class but I have not received that yet. Can you please send it to me? Email address removed

1-a Real Instructors- leaders - peeps down to earth knowledgeable and awesome awesome motivational roll models !!!!
1- my fav yoga instructor around Etown teach instruct lead and inspire people at Yogalife
2- clean and tidy
3- friendly
4- HONEST PLACE I EVER BEEN !!!!!!!!!! i have lost bracelets rings clothing towels yoga mats and absolutely always I have found all my belongings ( Thank you !)

Based on the one class I took the instruction is wonderful, the energy in the studio is great, and the prices are actually affordable for everyone. It makes yoga accessible for everyone.
