The teachers are knowledgeable in sharing. Shakti and Shiva are spacious, well equipped, a pleasure to be in. People at front desk are welcoming and delightful. You provide a light, spacious area for complimentary tea, and sudoku - how generous. I am on the introductory month and loving the classes, loving that you supply a yoga mat and towel. Allen is lovely on front desk. The change rooms and showers are spacious with natural light - lovely. Having silence in the studios is so appreciated, it deepens and enhances the yoga experience.

Service is good but I feel when you are bringing in a friend for first time they should not be charging for the yoga mat.

The feedback I would like to provide, is that quite often at the 9.30am Hatha classes,the instructor is competing with the music.A few older people do attend these classes and it may be because of hearing defects.
It is important for the practitioners to hear the instructions,and so the music should not be louder that the instructors'voices.Besides, all of the instructors have clear voices.
Soft music and clear instructions-that's all I ask for.

The place is clean, staff is friendly, tons of different classes to attend although I would be interested in seeing a kundalini yoga class.
