I like how each instructor has their own style of teaching and gives you various ways to explore a relaxing type of keeping active & healthy. The changerooms are nicely laid out and make it a very comfortable environment to be in!

It's chill and has many class times and classes to choose from. The studio is always clean and the instructors each have their own style of teaching but I have yet to take a class I didn't enjoy.

I have heard others refer to your company as a " yoga factory " That person only went once and personally I think a touch of a yoga snob . Truth be told we both have our yoga instructors certificate ... certainly I could do a practice alone but I love the vibe in a room full of other yogis - new & experienced alike. Anyway what my fellow instructor views as a negative by calling your studio a yoga factory , I think is brilliant for the industry . I love that you offer yoga from early morning to late evening. I love that there are sooo many styles to choose from. No more driving around the city for me because I want to YIN one day and Gentle Hatha or Flow the next . I love your studio & your concept .
