There are quite a few warm classes avail which is what I prefer. However, I would live it if there was a warm flow class offered on Saturdays. The instructors are great! Everyone is friendly and the facility is very clean and welcoming. I like all the things offered for our use in the washroom. Great place to do Yoga!

I am very impressed with everything. Last night (June 24th) was my first time ever doing yoga I enjoyed doing the class. One of my friends might join once her business slows down her name is Judy Christopher. See you Friday night.

I love the staff. How every time I walk in I am greeted, by name by most staff.
The cleanliness of the entire studio is fabulous and I love the variety of classes.
The teachers that know me know I strive on being corrected and pushed and they are wonderful at it!
I also love the consistency of the same teachers in my classes.
I know this is not always possible but it is also another strong point of this Studio.
There is a very large fitness facility being built very very close to me with yoga classes among other things and lower prices.
