The class atmosphere. There is no judgement and we are encouraged to define our own practice as best we can through our classes. This is not something that I thought I would find when I started my journey in the practice of yoga.

I like that the hot yoga studio (which I mostly use) is clean and doesn't smell like a sweatbox!!

Offering various yoga sessions, like the time flexability, the stuff are all very nice and friendly. I do hot flow yoga now for 3.years and I absolutely enjoy, I would highly recommend anyone to tired .

Beautiful atmosphere to both relax in and strive for high physical performance. Love all the instructors and have never had one class that has let me down. Absolutely enjoy making it apart of my everyday routine! Love love love :)

You have an extremely wonderful front staff who are always kind and Considerate. Especially Karen. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and approachable. The studio is always in immaculate condition and smells delightful. I have nothing but great things to say about Yoga life. I try to come everyday because I just love it so much. Thank you for everything you do and all your services.
