What do you like about our services?

The studio is a nice quiet place. It has become my happy place. The staff are always nice, helpful, and smiling. The instructors are great and provide adjustments and alternative poses as needed. They are attentive to the students.

What do you like about our services?

I go to to 5 - 7 practices per week. The only "hole" is around the Ashtanga practice. 2 or 3 times per week, in the evenings after work, would be ideal. I think the more rigorous, physical practice would appeal to new demographic beyond the "hot flow" audience. Thanks. I'm Name removed, please feel free to follow up if need be.

What do you like about our services?

I love the secure lockers, the convenient amenities of lotion, bobby pins, makeup wipes, etc. in the locker room, the tape on the floors so that everyone knows where to put their mats, and the variety of classes offered. I have been going to this location since they opened and I'm happy to see that the quality has not changed.

Staff is very friendly and all of the customer needs have been thought out and addressed from tea to bathroom commodities to free lockers.

I love the price, it makes me feel like I can have a membership and not feel super guilty if I miss a session- that's SO comforting! I have come to love many of the teachers there and feel comfortable training with any of them!
