The staff was welcoming and gave us a tour for our first time at the studio. The class was calming and the instructor gave help when I was unsure if I was positioned correctly.

What do you like about our services?

Friendly staff greet you when you arrive. It is a great atmosphere. It is always clean and the change rooms have the extras- hair items,lotions, facecloths, etc all useful items. The best yoga studio in Edmonton!

Schedule offers a variety of options for classes; Two locations in the city; free parking; complimentary tea and fruit; social lounge area; color schema - especially in the studios; the water fountain; towel service; and of course, the people!

What do you like about our services?

Very friendly, clean and welcoming. The non judgemental environment makes my wife and I feel very comfortable. Emily was a great instructor too. I wish she could teach more classes at the North location.
