The variation and number of classes available, the facilities are clean and well-kept up.

Men's locker room too small
New 90 min cancellation policy is very long. (15-30 would be more appropriate)
Last change of the perks system makes it impossible to get points. (went from $30 to $5 overnight!)

Reasonable prices, great reception staff, teachers are hands down great! Class offerings are varied to fit all schedules and likes. Special classes are a great addition to the regulars!

I really like how clean your facility is. I made this comment to a staff member the other day. The staff are wonderful, welcoming and understanding. It's really nice that the teachers are considerate when it comes to my limits due my injuries from a car accident. I was very happy to return to this studio... keep up the great work!
Cleanliness of studio. Cuteness and quietness of the area. Good customer service. The ladies/gents at the fromt ALWAYS greet students. That's a plus !!!

I like the tea after a yoga session. I feel like the bathrooms could be checked a little more frequent. The past couple times it's been a bit messy. But love you guys!!!
