I've only been a couple of times, however, I like the location it's super convenient for me. The atmosphere is very welcoming, all of the staff is knowledgable and friendly. The change rooms and the classrooms are always well cleaned. The instructors I've had so far have great energy, I've enjoyed going thus far.

The studios, and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very friendly. The lighting was perfect. I felt comfortable being a male coming to yoga life.

I like the location, it suits me. I also like that there is a class that is suitable to me at a time that I can attend daily.

There is a good variety of classes at all times of the day.

Lots of classes to choose from. Everyone is friendly, happy and helpful. I'm new to yoga and I'm still trying to figure out where everything goes in the studio, how to do and flow through the poses, and basic etiquette and all employees and instructors have been more than helpful.

I visit 3 times weekly two of which are with Emily Mcnickel - she is amazing. I also went to a workshop with her at the north studio Nov 5 and I am still feeling the positive effects...love it live for it!

I love the classes and the instructors are always so good and easy to follow. The staff at the front desk have also always been so helpful whenever I've had any issues.

Friendly staff, I feel very welcome in your studies. Live that instructors walk around and correct students with positions.

I LIKE YOGA

I like that the classrooms are spaced out so that each attendee does not bump into the other. Also the classroom, studio, bathroom are clean for the most part. Also really like the idea of tea in the main area, very neat and considerate. Really enjoy the classes! Definitely will recommend to anyone I know that is interested!

Kim is wonderful. Studio is clean and quay. The tea is great also 😊
