Concerns:
I'm SUPER sad the make-up remover wipes are gone. This was one of my favorite services. I'm sorry people are stealing, but it's not me! Maybe they could at least live behind the front desk?

Also, I'll say it AGAIN...allowing cell phones in the change room is terrible. A total breach of privacy and it makes me super uncomfortable.

Everything. The receptionists are inviting its very clean and it's organized/decorated in a very relaxing manor. I have loved every instructor I have had and they help appropriately and are wonderful to stay and chat with you after. The bathrooms/change rooms and another great part about this place because they provide things girls might need (ponies bobby pins face wipes tampons) witch is awesome for those days you don't seem to remember anything!

It's a nice and clean facility. Staff are always very pleasant and polite. Lots of options for classes. There's lots of storage space for belongings.

0) You ask for feedback - thank you, I appreciate it. 1) You take care of the facilities - these new racks in the showers are handy, the soap dispensers are easy to fill (so, there are no cases that they run out of soap - as it used to be), you changed the dryer in the women's change room. 2) Most important - you have a team of great teachers (Amy, Michelle, Neil, Jehn - they do not rush, have time for everyone and for everything, offer great guidance for various levels) and I can see consistency in the program as many classes complement each other nicely. However, some of your teachers are weak. I tried their classes several times - every month or two, but the more I understand about yoga, the more I see that teaching evaluation - I mean their instructional style - is needed. Of course, I can choose different teachers, but some of them consistently teach in early mornings, so on some days I have to choose between going to a weak teacher or skip the yoga class for this day.
