I like the variety of the classes and the many opportunities for different time to take classes. It is nice and clean and the staff are super friendly..
Having seen my favorite studio close down-two sisters yoga, I really wish there were a few bikram classes on the schedule and then I wouldn't have to go all over Edmonton to find yoga ..

What do you like about our services?

im new to yoga so this is the only place ive tried so i have no basis for comparison but this was recommended to me by a friend and thus far i have enjoyed the atmosphere and instructors - it feels like a place for a variety of of yoga's for both exercise & meditation. Personally i came to it for stress/anxiety relief but am now moving towards also taking other forms of yoga to supplement cardio exercises during the fall/winter season. Instructors seem very mindful, gentle and caring for individuals and it seems like a decent place to try "true" yoga.

Everything - neat studio , very friendly staff at the front desk , ample space to store things , the yoga teachers were really good and for sure the convenience of the yoga studio app which makes it so much easier to book your classes and checking on other info .

What do you like about our services?

Staff are very kind. It's unfortunate what happened to the shelving unit. I did like looking at all the things for sale. I like most of the instructors. Very clean!
