The instructors I have had are awesome and are ready to assist when asked. The studio itself is very clean. The only down side is that the rooms are very small and when the classes are full depending on the move I fell like I'm on top of the person next to me.

Beautiful studio, love that mat and towel rental are included in the first month, nice large practice rooms and good class schedule

Class selection, instructors at this time are really good, go to Ricky, Melissa, and Cole, recently was in a class with Suzy - all excellent! Would still like to see the full length Ashtanga class on Sunday afternoon come back. Also like the workshop classes coming up (haven't committed to one yet but thinking about it now that it's cooler weather and don't feel like I'm missing out on outside activities). Access to this selection of yoga has literally changed my life, so thank you for your perseverance with this venture. (Still won't use your cloths and towels though - moldy aroma - just bring my own). Would it be possible to register more than 3 days at a time though, one day I'm going to miss it and show up to a full class - disappointing!! Thank you!

The staff are always friendly. I liked that I could bring a friend on my passes and she didn't have to buy her own. I like all the bathroom supplies (that lotion is amazing). I like that there are free locks to use! I also really liked that the prenatal was drop in vs. registration so that I didn't waste classes I couldn't come to. Great studio!
