The fact that everything you need to partake in a class is available. From towels to mats and sundries to use after class. The fact that I could jump in at any moment..even if unplanned, makes it very appealing and easy. The website is super easy to use and always up to date. The front staff is knowledgeable and friendly..always welcoming😊 The only thing I would complain about(because I was asked haha) is the other day there was no elastics for my hair or lotion for my skin. I understand these little things get missed in refills and it was a super busy day. Instead I found an elastic in my bag and used lotion at home😉 I LOVE yogalife. Truly I do. All my friends and family know it too! Keep up the great work.

The instructor was extremely encouraging, gave good feedback, and was really funny. He was knowledgable and gave consistent and appropriate commentary in regards to the poses. He was genuinely sweet and had a kind soul that made people feel safe and comfortable. I felt like he created a fun and living space; physical and spiritual. The facilities were clean and peaceful. your studio stands out from other studios due to the small details. (some you have stopped doing however and i hope you bring them back).
tea after class, fruit, and conditioners in the shower. in my opinion these are very small costs to the studio but give it a more welcoming, social, and spa like atmosphere compared to other studios. i was highly impressed and drive a 1/2 hr to come to class despite the fact that i have a hot yoga studio within 10 minutes from my house.
I hope you see the value in these extra services and return the ones you took away! those are major points I would mention when recommending the studio, believe it or not! but slowly the perks are being taken away.
Those details aside you have a fantastic studio and great teachers... in my opinion some of the best in the city.
I also like the option to include towel/mat service into the monthly cost.
I have been regularly attending your north studio 3 times a week for almost 4 months and I love the wide range of classes and different instructors. By trying different classes and instructors I can find my favourites and stick with them. The app is so easy to use and I look forward to every class. Thank you!
