I like the wide variety of classes offered at various times throughout the day. The facilities are extremely nice, well maintained and comfortable. The staff have all been friendly, helpful and inviting to me. I also appreciate the free mat rental included in the 30 day intro offer as it has given me a chance to try a better quality mat for my practice.

Welcoming, non judgmental especially to a beginner like me, clean facilities, smells good, encouragement given. Love the app, easy to book and like reminders. Over all it's a peaceful place where I feel at home, and for the first time enjoy strengthening my body!

Staff is pleasant and informing, very welcoming. Changing rooms are clean, practice rooms are comfortable and teachers very pleasant. Overall experience is great. Just few tiny things to make everything even better would be to keep the practice rooms a bit warmer (in case of classes that are not warm/hot), and there should be more attention payed to the noise in the hallways and waiting area which are very loud and it can be very disturbing when practicing classes like meditation.

Amy is my Favorite evening hot yin - I wish the instructors didn't rotate so I could come more often. If she worked hot yin 3-4 evenings a week, I would come more often. I won't get an annual pass at this point based on my favorite instructor and class not being more iften. Also it would be nice to have hot yin evenings on the weekend.
