The Prenatal classes are amazing! Emily is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor! The passes, that don't expire fast are fantastic!

Friendly, awesome and real

It is very calming when you enter and the teachers are very good with the practice and you walk away complete. I enjoy having a cup of tea after class to centre myself and carry on with my day.

The instructors are fantastic. I'm a beginner, but there are always options to modify so I never feel overwhelmed. I also love the facility. It's very nicely designed with amenities like hair elastics in the change rooms. I am also a fan of the tea lounge.

I like how specialized you are, in hot yoga classes! It made me feel safe and secure about the quality.

- I like that there are multiple classes a day (with different instructors), with different difficulties
- I like that there is spray to clean your mat at the end of the class (and the option of renting mats/towels if I ever forget them)
- I like the app (and the ease of using it/booking classes, looking for instructors, etc.)
- I like having workshops offered
- I like that there are hair ties and other misc. things that are there (never know when yours breaks, and having them there makes it nice)
- Showers are nice when you're hot and gross
- Oh, and tea is always nice at the end of the class.

I enjoy your studio. Great place to go to. But on the night I went I overheard your instructor tell her friends she wasn't teaching a real class it was just Renew and restore but then quickly backtracked because I think she realized it came out wrong. I don't think she meant anything by it but just how it came out at first I was upset but then realized that wasn't what she meant either but it still didn't sound right..

The staff are great and inviting. The whole facility is always clean (Bathrooms especially). Best of all, all of the Instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and are cool people, each bringing unique teaching styles to each class.

Love the cleanliness, the timing of the sessions, the variety of classes, the instructors (Michelle, Neil, Kim, Amy to be specific), the ease of signing into a class, the app that allows me to register and then means I'm going to come (I'm not likely to go back and cancel so motivates me to not let other events get in the way)

Everything! From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly, the space was beautiful and clean and even smelt amazing 😉 class was awesome and I'll be back!

The atmosphere, friendliness, professionalism. I wish the fees weren't so high and I would attend more sessions. I currently buy punch cards and try to save them.

The flexible schedule works so well for me. The staff are always friendly. I don't like the new towel and mat rental charges/more expensive membership. It's so great to ride my bike to class in the summer, and nice to not have to bring my own mat.

Clean facilities, like the size, I am always able to get into the classes I want, like the app for scheduling, and the manager really helped me out by extending a pass I hadn't known expired
