Mike was personable and professional. He went over the main issues that were found during his inspection before he left and answered all of my questions, so I had a better understanding of the work that needed to be done. His report was though and highlighted recommend repairs and regular maintenance needs for the property. I reached out to him after the inspection with some further questions. He was prompt at returning my call. He answered all of my questions and concerns, so I had a better understanding on what I needed to know about the property I am buying.

Bob was very thorough in his inspection. He outlined all the things he found, outlined how to get them fixed correctly and how soon I should get it fixed.
