Aside from being punctual, respectful and polite, Paul conducted an extremely methodical and thorough inspection. Most impressive was the conclusion of the experience. He gathered all parties and led us through the home explaining in layman’s terms any deficiencies but also pointing out all of the features that were in good condition. He is not at all an alarmist. When he noted a deficiency, he gave realistic solutions, costs and timeframes, complete with reasons.

He provided a very comprehensive report within a few hours of completion.
