Andy Vergara was a phenomenal inspector. Andy arrived to the property early to get a head start on the roof to save us from hearing all the noise. We used Highland Home Inspections as first time home buyers back in 2016 and just had JD Pyle come inspect the home we plan to purchase in April. When we knew we’d have an inspection process for our new home this time around, it was a no-brainer to choose Highland Home Inspections. The inspectors are thorough. JD was friendly and informative. You answered the phone call. There was a live person to talk to and was able to make arrangements for a inspection. Jim was on time and explained things so that I would understand. He recommended some things to do when speaking to him and put it in his report. The report was easy to go through and the extra parts helped to make things understandable.
