Vahn did a great job in doing a thorough home inspection and at the same time explained what his findings were while doing the inspection. It’s a great thing to engage with the customer (in this case a home-buyer) to communicate the findings as it happens.

The written report is another thing. It’s a long and comprehensive report that includes recommendations and links to resources, as well as estimated costs of repairs/fix towards the end.

Chad was fantastic to deal with, we were able to get an inspection done on our acreage with very little wait time, he was thorough with everything and explained things to us very well. He was punctual and we had the inspection report in a matter of hours.
