I would like to see more classes offered, less emails, annual dues should be due in Spring when sales are higher, not during the slowest month and holiday season
Alway up to date
It has everything I need--education, contracts and forms, contact info for all affiliates, etc. all in one source. Speedy answers to questions from staff is another plus. I like being able to attend classes and functions in Arlington Heights which saved a lot a travel time for me.

I do not understand to the limit for the unlicensed assistants that they can only use the MLS between I believe 6 am - 10 pm. You have a woman who has children and might not be able to complete all her work between those hours and might need to work after these hours and cannot. The other thing I do not like is the automated fines and the person who is accusing is anonymous...there should be a a fair proceeding on this where both parties should be heard.
Very good and prompt attention to all my concerns
I like the fact that their is always someone on staff that can happily help with any questions or issues I might have.
I do not call much. however, whenever I do, I cannot get hold of anyone. I used to be with Northshore Board and I feel I got much better customer service from them.
