Nothing bad, nothing good. Just paying you my fee. I think I'll not notice if you disappear some day. Too much unnecessary "organizations" everywhere. IDFPR is enough.

What could we do to improve?

Sentrilock boxes are still a problem. I do think one day codes should be available. Also most of the time I call, I don't get a live person but a recording..

The MORE office I work with in Arlington Heights has very helpful and friendly staff. It is conveniently located and I like the classes offered there that are done by Lynn Madison and others.
