I an not a broker or salesperson. I am an appraiser. I have use for only a fraction of what the service has available. If there was an appraiser membership available at a lower price I could certainly recommend your service. As it is, I doubt that I will renew in October because I will be in Florida half the year and you don't offer half year memberships.

I HATE TO CALL THE MAIN OFFICE. ALL I EVER GET IS "I'M AWAY FROM MY DESK...BLAH, BLAH, BLAH" AND SELDOM A CALLBACK. DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY I CALL. I NEED TO FOLLOW UP WITH ANOTHER CALL AND THEN WITH A TEXT REGARDLESS OF MY NEED. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MLS HELP DESK...THEY ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE. RIDICULOUS. JUST RIDICULOUS. I WAS JUST AT A VILLAGE REALTOR MEETING AND THIS WAS A TOPIC DISCUSSED AMONGST OURSELVES. WASN'T ONE OF THE REASONS IN MERGING TO GIVE BETTER SERVICE? TERRIBLE. MAYBE WE SHOULD MUTINY?!
