What do you like about our association services?

Her friendliness, time effencency, knowing my needs and accuracy of job. She was so fast I couldn't believe it not to mention happy to help! I literally got off the phone and said holy cow!, someone who knows her job & did it amazingly quick and friendly you never see that anymore!!!!
Perfect ten!!!! I don't know who she was but she was one in a million!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The fees keep increasing and I don't see any real value at this point. It seems that there would have been an evaluation to see if you agents can even afford these increases base on the unstable market and the agents volume of sales.

Every time I call someone is very helpful and friendly. Especially Karen, who was very nice helping me with the transaction from broker to managing broker. Also Denise helping me with my listing.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I WENT TO MAINSTREET IN DOWNERS FOR MLS LAUNCHING PAD TRAINING LAST WEEK....It was canceled and I was not notified. I then went to Palatine for meet and greet and it was canceled and I was not notified. I am not sure how likely I am going to sign up for another event.

Prices are less than NSBAR. Our office has a choice, and I always try to get people to switch. Now that NSBAR doesn't hold that many classes, it is quicker to get to Arl. Hts than Northbrook for me.
