Professionalism and quick responses.
When is the MLS going to have a "Yes" or "No" option for a property if it can be rented out or not? It's very time consuming working for our investors that we have to call and bug the list agent, or call and try to get ahold of the association to ask this simple question. It would be much easier for the list agent to inform us on the listing, and wouldn't only take an extra few seconds when inputting a listing.

I like the reminders for payments. The easy set up for payment. The speedy response to my questions.
The fees are getting to be a little bit too high. I know one independent who just goes online with Redfin, Trulia/Zillow and is doing just fine..Obviously has cut his costs significantly.
