I think the organization should be way more flexible with it's hours for all of their Realtor members. Example not all realtors are full time, or some maybe full time and may attend school part-time or just simply have other personal and family obligations.
Lighten up on the Sentrilock process. We are not compatible with other local boards, and as much as I enjoy my visits with your cordial and professional staff, I'd just as soon not accidentally run head into Sentrilock issues because of over-tight regulation.

Nice & very friendly staff and pretty much what ever I need is available on-line or on the phone from the association. If there is any issue then timely follow-up and issue resolution so no complaint there either. I have been a member for 12 years now and am very satisfied - thank you!
The people at More are always polite and professional when I am dealing with them. They are always giving training courses at a great rate. Love the instructors for CE or Designations. Wished they stayed in Arlington Heights. That's the only reason they did not get a 10. Sorry! :-)

quick attention to my matters and new changes to the system
There needs to be improvement on the telecheck system for sure. It should not be this hard to submit a payment for fees. When I called the office, even they had an issue with it and didn't seem to know what or how to make this work...
Find another company, where it isn't so sensitive and operation... when you have all the correct information there and it still tells you, your MICR number is wrong... its very frustrating!!!1

I don't understand what choice they have? Membership is required. Why recommend a mandatory thing?

Under what circumstances would I recommend you to someone?
Not being able to use 1 day codes for showings for those that do not have the Sentrilock card or for people performing work at clients' homes has made the past year very difficult and has added to Realtors work loads in an unproductive way. Penalize those that violate the rules instead of making it hard on others. I think it is far more dangerous to have to use other than Sentrilock boxes on listings. This is 2015!!
