Person was very courteous and thorough. She waived my late feel due to lack of knowledge on my part about the fee schedule. She was very nice and professional. Sent me the fee schedule as soon as we hung up. Very impressed.

The clarity by which information is provided. The classes offered and the prices we pay for them. The website is easy to navigate and looks good. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful whenever I have needed assistance.

What could we do to improve?

I miss the "store". I had a source to "go to" instead of having to wait for the printers. I get there is a cost factor..just miss it!

Not disappointed but why would I recommend Mainstreet to a friend who is not a realtor? My business associates are alraedy realtors who belong to Mainstreet.
