How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Nothing wrong. It was fine. But it's not like there are other options for a real estate agent to use in the area. So it's pretty much mainstreet or nothing.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your fees are through the roof. All I ever use is the MLS and we get charged for what we don't use. Then when you have classes, you charge for those as well.... There is no value there.

Sentri Lock is the number 1 complaint I have. Other associations still allow for one day codes

ALL THE CLASSES YOU PROVIDE FOR CE AND OTHER FREE CLASSES THAT ARE OFFERED. THE OCTOBER FEST WHICH I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING AND OFFERING THE FLU SHOTS. HOW WELL IT IS RUN AND ALL THE POSITIVE CHANGES YOU HAVE MADE INCLUDING NEW COURSE MATERIAL FOR CE CREDIT. VERY PROACTIVE AND ORGANIZED.

What could we do to improve?

Need to spend the agents money more wisely. $50,000.00 on a social media platform that will only benefit a few does not seem well spent money. A survey should of went out to the agents rather than the Board of Directors making that decision for us. The sight name is sounds like spam mail (Real Satisfaction)? I have also been told that a agent is solicited with spam gifts for a client after signing up. Really this is what we are spending the members money on?

Lack of follow up on the part of Laurie tazelasr with regard to an arbitration appeal filed. This process has gone on for over 6 weeks and there should hopefully be some type of closure. We have contacted her but still have not heard back. Disappointed.

I believe that all Illinois Realtors are members already. A friend or business associate or other than related vendors/service providers are not relevant. I may be wrong, if so MORE should make the Realtors aware.
