Main Street does not listen to it's members.
1. Taking away the Sentri 1 day code. You took a survey and still don't listen
2. Take away the supplies Realtors need at your offices.
3. The offices have Poor Internet & Satellite service.
4. Poorly written forms. The listing Agreement, especially the commission area. Your employees don't know how it should be filled out.
In my networking groups & YPN sessions, Realtors all say the same we all state our recommendations. No one listens.
It's the ease of getting a hold of someone with answers and the extra services you provide.
I hate that many times we call, you get a voice mail, very aggravating . I have been a Realtor on the old Northwest Board, Subuurban and here for 39 years and I miss not getting a real person most of the time.
Professional and accommodating staff, wide variety of classes and seminars to choose from, many opportunities to participate on committees and for vendors to sponsor events and gain exposure.
