The Main St. staff! Pam Kreiter and her staff in my opinion are the best around. Everytime I need something from my Association, a staffer calls back quickly and helps me with whatever I need. All the tools and benefits that Main St. has available and provides for it's members is amazing! Thanks for all you do!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You are great. The fact there is no one day code is wrong. The way the board handled it is wrong. They caused a great inconvenience to my sellers and me.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Dislike webinars or even live broadcasts. Prefer something like Law Day be at a centralized location able to hold attendees comfortably and IN PERSON...as it used to be with RANWC. That is an important seminar, yet its not presented as such.
