Very responsive when help is needed
U work very hard to keep up with the latest technology.I appreciate the training. What I don't like, is the fee due date. They are close to the holiday, nor can we make prepayments

How prompt the Association is in keeping us up to date with everything. Also so many free seminars and sessions to inform all the Realtors of Upcoming New Rules and Changes.

I am not happy with how the sentrilock is handled. Those affiliated with CAR seem to have an easier time with it. Also, in signing up with Mainstreet, I reinstated my license. Much of my information on the MLS was wrong, and I had to call to get this corrected. Insisted on using my wrong name even though it was obvious my broker spelled it wrong. I was given a new NRDS number, and I questioned this, as I had my old one handy. NAR said I should have been given my old NRDS number, as I still had an account, it just was not active. So NAR had to fix my account.

Not all Realtors are able to work full-time or during the day. It would make me feel helped if there were classes available in the evening. It is impossible to attend any classes during the day time or daytime web conferences.
The staff is always able to answer & resolve all questions & problems. Mainstreet keeps us updated on the latest happenings.

I have sent my feedback in the last email and seems like no one is reading it. I have had issues with US Realty. Marcel Saudas, managing broker of US Realty walked away with over 30 agent's commission but MORe was not there to help any one of us. We pay our dues on time but when I needed help, no one was able to help us. We are still out of money.
In reference to what, CE, Education, Board Services. I think the Board needs to do a better job at showing the members what and how REALTORS benefit with our association and list the services that the Association provides every year.

Training

MORe has, over the years developed great programs for the agents. They provide great presentations of professionals in adjacent fields to real estate. They continually work on improving their services with much success. They are a great source for real estate questions. They offer interesting courses for new and experienced agents to expand their knowledge of our industry and overlapping fields ias commercial, inspection, staging, etc. They keep us in the loop on state and national issues. We are fortunate to be a part of them.
