I need to know when the CE classes will be starting. I clicked on the bottom to see nothing came up. So when will we know when the classes will be????

I like your classes. I wish you had some out in my area. Was very disappointed when you closed your office in Naperville. It takes me an hour in good traffic to get you in Downers. I take most of my classes else where now. Wish I could take yours.

With technology changing faster than the speed of light, a HELPLINE is not helpful but essential.

What I'm disappointed in is the total lack of communication. Case in point. I am very unhappy with the elimination of Sentrilock daycodes. I have lost showings because of it. As I write or speak about this to MORE, there is never a response. I feel like the decision was made and who cares what a Realtor thinks.
Do not feel that management team listens to their Realtors, and have our best interest in mind when making decisions

I had a difficult time at first to find out who Mainstreet is. When I try to google more information I only got the chicago board. (car). I think Mainstreet should try to update the telephone number for Tinely Park location.

Never heard back about sentri-lock survey - which lack of 1 day codes by the association is a real bone of contention with agents. Secondly, why is there nothing readily visible on the website regarding BOD and officers of the association. Make it easy for agents to find.
The online services are good and efficient, people are friendly, although I have no experience of other association to compare, I 'm happy to be a member of Mainstreet.

bring back one day codes-
My agents just ordered 120 combo boxes. Clients are even ok with them as they are more concerned with having their home showed vs. the security, electronic boxes have.
