We have a very visible presence within the National Association of Realtors because of our size and involvement of both our members and leadership at state, national and international associations. Our voices are heard and our suggestions and opinions are vetted because of our standing. We are big but not too big for personal care - whenever I need one on one connections / assistance, there is always someone readily available at MORe for me.
The education - both on and off line!
Being brand new to it all, it was very easy to set up and get started.
Knowledgable, informative, courteous and timely help. Thank u!
The website is clumsy and isnt really that easy to navigate, however if I have a friend who is in need of MLS, I would tell them to join MORe if it makes sense geographically.
Membership price is very high. New agent have not earn any commisssion and keep paying association fee
ProMfessional workers and interested in helping us do our job.
Bring back one day codes for Sentrilock. That how the Sentrilock program was sold to area Realtors, and then the codes were taken away.
Can always get a hold of someone right away.
have lower fees or spread out through out the year, offer night courses so that those of us working full time jobs on top of showing real estate have time to attend.
Responsive to Realtor needs and Government Affairs (Tom Joseph) pro active actions to keep Villages from instituting ordinances, regulations and inspections that are detrimental to not only Realtors but to buyers and sellers.
reinstate 1 day code use, this is a broker/manager decision and should not be dictated by the association.
classes offered for continuing education.
Had never experienced any delay for the staff to answer the telephone within a reasonable time. They are courteous and knowledgeable .Very professional.
Tighten up the mandatory fields and require square footage, owner of record, to be filled in.
Remove the requirement for the electronic lockboxes as less and less houses that are listed use them. It's an indexed forced expense.
make sure that people do not assume that we, as realtors, understand everything the first time....sometimes maybe re iterate an explanation in other words.....

That the service is always available for answers
Bring back 1 day codes.
Great Staff. Goes above and beyond to be helpful to the affiliates.
I love my Board. Pam is a great leader, with a clear vision. Give Kate Sax a raise--she is level headed and a champion for Real Estate causes.
It is easy
To get hold of someone who is knowledgeable and eager to help.
Create satellite locations for in-house, hands on training, as well as yearly dues payment options not currently available.
I am new to the system and have been pleased so far. The multi-layered system is difficult to use at times.
Professional Standards, variety of classes
I do not understand the question. Why would I be referring someone to a Realtor's Association? If someone is just becoming a licensed agent and needs to join an association they are most likely going to be directed toward the primary association of their Managing Broker. If their Managing Broker is a member of several he is probably going to tell the agent it is their choice depending on where they believe they will do the majority of their business. In this instance, often, I hear 'if you're going to work in the city you should join CAR, if you're going to be a suburban agent you should join MORe.' - Personally, and not because I am an active member, I do believe MORe is FAR more sophisticated than CAR and I would recommend MORe to somebody having a hard time deciding. If that is what your intent of the question is, then yes I would be highly likely to refer MORe.
Great classes and friendly staff
Take the time to solve problems.

A location farther west would be nice.
