What could we do to improve?

Offer more weekend CE Courses. it's difficult for those who do this part time to make time to keep current. Part timers are expected to pay the same dues and fees however anyone with a full time 9-5 will need to take time off work to get these done. If there is an online equivalent i'm not aware if please let me know and I can absolutely change my rating for you. Thank you and I look forward to your response. Cheers!

What could we do to improve?

The mred app should have the ability to link with the customer. That said, if my client looks at property and wants to identify something as interested I should be able to very quickly and easily get notification and then be able to simply log in and look. Very similar to listing book only that app doesn't allow the customer and agent to link via an app, only online. It's a little archaic to have to log into a computer. Lastly, I'd like to see Listingbook and Docusign go away and MRED develop that technology so we don't have to migrate to a third party site or pay fees to these third parties.

The training and classes offered are great! I also like the real estate industry "news"/relevant issues updates from MORE. The Senior Service Task Force is a wonderful committee that benefits senior citizens and their families in our communities. The arlington heights location is very convenient.
