I always feel as if I can call or email MORe anytime to ask a question, and there is always someone who is very helpful, professional and courteous to assist me, regardless of what it's concerning. I also find the CE classes interesting and informative. (Especially those conducted by Lynn Madison.)

I'm not disappointed. I'm just not hyper impressed. I feel like some of the trainings and programs offered aren't current and that the staff is just going through the motions. There is a lack of energy or excitement.

Efficient web site and phone responses
MLS input by brokers is too many times incorrect. Examples; condo vs fee simple town home ownership, school districts, association fees extra. Too much info which is right at their fingertips incorrect which makes the data unreliable.
