Answer the phone and return calls when I call about a Sentrilock question. I have never received a returned phone call from a voicemail message.

Work hard. A bit high on fees all things considered, but it seems that there are lots of resources to be utilized for agents.

I love the people involved! All courses I've taken through Mainstreet were lead by knowledgeable and experienced Brokers. They were all very helpful in answering questions and clearing up any confusion regarding the license law and practice within the field.
