Not very helpful. The office staff that I've dealt with was rude. Both face to face, and on the phone.
I called one day and before I could get my question out, she had already answered it. I know she had probably heard that question before, but at least let me get my question out.

was told to submit a letter for my request to add an assistant. No direction given and when asked where to send it, was told to my board. Seemed more interested in getting me off the phone rather than a complete solution.
