Increasingly I'm finding an overlap of services, and the fees are getting cumbersome.
I received a 30.00 late fee for dues. I honestly did not receive the original bill or reminder. Since this is my first renewal, I was unaware it was due. This is frustrating.

I love the professionalism, engagement and positivity of all MORe members, professionals and affiliates.
Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable staff & service plus the array of classes offered (would like for more classes to be offered at Tinley Park location though).
Fees are a little high and we should have lock boxes available like the other organization.
Well, after being emailed that I needed my ethics requirement, I just found out that my ethics requirement had been fulfilled back in January of 2014. So, I paid for and took the course and completed it, when I apparently didn't need to spend the time or money. I actually had thought I had taken it but didn't know where I needed to go to find it since it wasn't showing up here.

I think your association services are very respectful and pleasant. However, my association is a "group think" organization in modernizing old rules and regulations. For instance, for over twenty years MORE touted the experience of its' realtors and even advertising that more experience, more education, and more of your oversight produces "more income" for your members. Yet you do not believe that more education outside of the real estate industry does not equate to a better understanding of the real estate market in a global society. In fact, an MBA degree alongside a real estate license enhances both the business side of a person as well as the real estate side of that same person to a better degree than a realtor taking a six hour course to put some initials behind his/her name. By recognizing ONLY the real estate achievements of our association, you pick and choose what parts of education you think enhances a realtor. My association needs to stop being prejudicial to those of us who have combined real world business acumen and real estate experience by recognizing our achievements and stop acting prejudicial to those achievements. I should have the right to show my MBA, Ph.D. or MD to all Association materials and sites. Just what are you afraid of that you would make a rule denying that?
